Julie worked for 15 years in business information systems before shifting to the nonprofit sector where she served as the evaluation lead for the Michigan Youth Opportunities Initiative team until 2015. Since that time, Julie has served as a consultant to the Annie E. Casey Foundation, focused on supporting the Jim Casey Youth Opportunities Initiative. Julie is a Senior Consultant with Maddy Day LLC & Associates, and as a Results Count Advanced Practitioner has supported leadership development and collaborative work in child welfare systems and communities. Julie is an Associate Diversity Coach through Coach Diversity Institute and provides coaching, facilitation, and strategy design for individuals and teams working to dismantle systemic racism and create possibility with communities of color.
